Fees for Service
All Civil Process fees are non-refundable, and must be pre-paid before service is attempted, unless a valid fee waiver is provided at the time of the request. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or money order. Our office does not accept credit cards or electronic forms of payment at this time.
- $75 per service for civil process paperwork
- $100 per service for Writs, Executions, & Replevins. This includes up to 1 hour of wages, up to 3 attempts, and vehicle mileage associated with the first hour; additional charges will be billed.
Two copies of the papers to be served are required. If only one copy is available, copies can be made at the office at the rate of $0.30 per page.
