Cross-country ski trails are open on a daily basis throughout the snow season. There are approximately 15 kilometers (10 miles) of trails. About 75% of the trails are rated as intermediate or expert trails because of the many hills and distances. Trails are groomed for both diagonal stride and skate skiing. The Behnke Olson Outdoor Recreation Center (lodge) is open on weekdays from 11 am to 4:30 pm and on weekends from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This center is also open 24/7 for lockers, restrooms, and a warming center. The center is located at 7690 Standing Rocks Road, Stevens Point, WI 54482.
