Volunteers provide a valued service to us because: they bring variety to the activity program enhancing resident's quality of life; bringing multiple skills and capabilities to the benefit of our residents; bringing a sense of caring, lifting morale, and boosting the self-esteem of residents; add meaning to their day; and provide comfort and understanding.

Many of our residents lived in your neighborhoods, taught in your schools, or volunteered at your church. Each helped to make this community what it is today. Now, you can give something back to them by becoming a volunteer at Portage County Health Care Center.
