The Portage County Health and Human Services Employees' Foundation's Mission Statement is:
- Honoring the service and dedication of its employees by providing meaningful programs and financial support to the residents of Portage County for the betterment of the community.

Fund Request
PCHHS Employee’s Foundation is a charitable 501(C)3 organization that provides grants, scholarships, and financial aid for educational, cultural, and recreational programs for members of our community.

Kids Day at Camp - August 4 and 5, 2023
Kids Day at Camp is a free summer camp experience for children, ages 5 to 12, of Portage County and is sponsored and organized by the Portage County Health and Human Services Employees’ Foundation. View the 2023 KDAC Application (PDF).
