The Finance Department is responsible for managing the fiscal resources of the Portage County Government. Finance manages budgets and helps support the fiscal resources in the County. The department provides services to all departments in the County including payroll, worker's compensation, liability insurance, grants, and other financial services.

- Effective July 26, 2023, Portage County will not be accepting any new project requests until January 1, 2024.
