The Portage County Corporation Counsel Office is the civil legal department for the Portage County government. The Corporation Counsel Office provides civil legal advice, representation, and services to the Portage County Board of Supervisors, the County Executive, elected officials, the County Departments and staff as well as various Committees, Boards, and Commissions.
The Corporation Counsel Office only represents Portage County governmental interests. The Corporation Counsel Office does not represent nor provide legal advice to other municipalities, businesses, or members of the public.
